Snowshoeing

Heading out into the wild on snowshoes can be a lot of work. But if you make the effort, you can be rewarded with some excellent scenery as well as peace and quite thanks to the snow cover. Below is a list of snowshoe outings I’ve taken. When snowshoeing, it is important to be educated on how to interpret avalanche conditions. Some of these outings are through mellow terrain, others should only be attempted in ideal conditions, but most are somewhere in the middle of that spectrum.
